Payment is required once you approve your invoice and digital mockup. An order is considered finalized when payment is received in full. All orders require full payment before processing.
All artwork created by Self-Made Apparel is original and available for purchase. We will not produce products using trademarked artwork without written consent from the owner(s). By submitting artwork to Self-Made Apparel, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the artwork or have obtained expressed permission to use it. Self-Made Apparel is not responsible if it is discovered that you do not rightfully own the submitted artwork. Rest assured, we also commit not to reproduce your artwork, whether it is trademarked or not, without your consent or the rightful owner's consent.
Our standard turnaround time for order fulfillment is seven to fourteen business days from the date your order is approved and finalized. Please note that the "standard turnaround" applies to orders with standard print specifications and does not include additional services such as tag printing, embroidery services, or specialty inks. Including additional services or specialty printing methods may extend the standard turnaround time. If you have a specific deadline for receiving your order, kindly inform us when placing the order. Rush orders will incur a percentage fee based on the required timeframe. It is important to note that rush orders do not include shipping time. Self-Made Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, power interruptions, vendor shortages, or shipping delays. We will promptly notify you if we anticipate any potential issues and work together to find suitable solutions.
Self-Made Apparel observes various holidays throughout the year, and these days are not production days for turnaround times. Some of the observed holidays include but are not limited to: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order has left our facility, we will provide you with a tracking number. Self-Made Apparel is not responsible for shipping transit complications due to errors, weather conditions, or other factors. Shipping time is separate from our standard turnaround times. Shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the client. Self-Made Apparel assumes no responsibility for goods once they have left our facility.
Please check your order upon delivery and notify us of any problems within 24 hours. We will not be responsible for order errors reported after 24 hours.
We take great pride in the quality of our work. However, Self-Made Apparel cannot be held responsible for dissatisfaction with the final product. We want to ensure that your selected garment meets your expectations and needs. Sample garments are available for a small fee if you wish to inspect items before selecting them. We also provide a "proof" that illustrates your final product before production begins. Self-Made Apparel does not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if we make a mistake in producing your order, if it differs from what was agreed upon, or falls outside the scope of these Terms & Conditions, we will gladly reproduce your items.
To maintain the longevity and vibrancy of the garments, we recommend machine washing most items inside out using cold water and tumble drying on low heat. We also suggest washing the apparel before wearing it with like colors.
Orders canceled before processing will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee based on the total order value. Once an order is processed, we do not offer cancellations.
Self-Made Apparel reserves the right to modify its Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
