Process

Know exactly what to expect from inquiry to delivery.

Six clear stages take your order from the first details through final handoff, with defined checkpoints for review, approval, and production.

The Process

What happens at each stage

Each step moves the order forward while giving you a clear point to review details, confirm decisions, and know what comes next.

  1. Inquire

Share the basics of your order: apparel type, approximate quantity, target date, delivery preference, and decoration method (if known). Final artwork is not required at this stage, but you can share any artwork you already have.

  2. Consult

We'll review the request, clarify any open questions, and recommend garment and decoration options before finalizing the quote.

  3. Proof / Mockup

Once the order direction is established, you'll receive a proof or mockup showing artwork placement, sizing, and overall appearance. Review it and request any needed changes before approval.

  4. Approval

Confirm the proof and final order details before production begins. This locks in the artwork, placement, garments, quantities, and other production specifications.

  5. Production

Once approved, the order moves into production using the confirmed artwork and specifications. Scheduling follows the timeline established during quoting.

  6. Delivery

When production is complete, we'll coordinate the final handoff using the method confirmed during the quote process.
