These Terms apply to your use of the Self-Made Apparel website and to quote requests or project information submitted through the website.

A particular project may also be subject to details, requirements, or terms stated in a quote, proof, invoice, written approval, or other project-specific communication. Those project-specific materials should be reviewed carefully because they may contain information that applies only to that project.

These Terms do not by themselves require Self-Made Apparel to accept or produce any project.

This website is provided to help visitors learn about Self-Made Apparel services, browse apparel and accessory categories, understand the ordering process, and request a quote.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not intentionally interfere with the website's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, introduce malicious code, misuse forms or communications, or use automated methods in a way that disrupts the website or its services.

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding order or require Self-Made Apparel to accept a project.

Quote requests are reviewed based on the information provided. We may contact you to clarify project details, recommend garment or decoration options, or request additional information before a quote or project direction is finalized.

You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. If project details change, the quote, recommendations, timing, or other project information may also need to change.

Quotes and project recommendations are based on the information available when they are prepared, including garment or item selection, quantities, artwork, decoration method, personalization, timing, and other project requirements.

Garment, item, color, size, and material availability may change before an order is finalized.

If the scope of a project changes, including changes to quantities, garments, artwork, placement, decoration, personalization, or timing, any related quote, schedule, or recommendation may need to be revised.

Unless specifically confirmed in writing for a project, information on the website should not be interpreted as a guarantee of product availability, production timing, or final project cost.

If you submit artwork, logos, designs, photographs, names, trademarks, or other materials, you represent that you have the right or authorization necessary to provide those materials for the requested project.

You retain any rights you hold in materials you submit.

By providing materials to Self-Made Apparel, you give us permission to review, prepare, adapt as reasonably necessary for decoration or proofing, and use those materials for the purpose of evaluating, quoting, proofing, or producing the project you requested.

Submitting materials does not give Self-Made Apparel ownership of your underlying artwork, logo, trademark, or other intellectual property.

Self-Made Apparel may decline to use submitted materials when there is a reasonable concern regarding authorization, legality, technical suitability, or production feasibility.

Before production, project details may be presented through a proof or mockup showing elements such as artwork, placement, sizing, garments, or overall appearance.

You are responsible for reviewing the proof and final order details and requesting any needed corrections before approval.

Production begins only after the proof and final order details are approved.

Approval confirms the project direction and production specifications reflected in the approved materials. Changes requested after approval may affect pricing, timing, or production feasibility and may not be possible once production has begun.

Digital proofs and on-screen colors are useful for reviewing layout and overall appearance, but differences in displays, garment materials, ink, thread, and other production factors can affect how colors and details appear in the finished item.

Written approval may occur through the normal project communication process.

Most projects use garments or items selected as part of the Self-Made Apparel ordering process.

If you want to provide your own garments, accessories, or other materials, include that information in your quote request.

Acceptance of customer-supplied items is reviewed on a project-by-project basis and is not guaranteed. Any requirements or conditions that apply to customer-supplied items should be confirmed before the project is accepted for production.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Self-Made Apparel website and its original text, graphics, layout, branding, and other website content are owned by or used with permission by Self-Made Apparel and are provided for informational and business-use purposes.

You may view and use the website for its intended purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, misuse, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the website or its original content without appropriate permission.

Logos, trademarks, artwork, or other materials belonging to customers or third parties remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

The current Self-Made Apparel website does not provide ecommerce checkout, online payment processing, customer accounts, or direct inventory purchasing.

Submitting a quote request through the website does not constitute a purchase.

Project pricing, order details, and any applicable payment arrangements are handled separately as part of the quote and project process.

Information submitted through the website is handled as described in the Self-Made Apparel Privacy Policy.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or its content as the business, services, or website change.

We work to keep website information useful and accurate, but the website may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, interruptions, or technical issues.

Self-Made Apparel does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
